According to WoWhead, there’s no Brewfest in Classic.
If I’m remembering correctly it was TBC that Brewfest started showing up. I know because I think i had a (blue or yellow) mug from before Achievements were out and for some reason i remember checking to see if I got an achievement for previous brewfests

I believe brewfest was only introduced in '07, which was also the only year to get the 60%-speed, non-Swift Brewfest Ram.
This the point where I again wish that all of the Brewfest mounts should have kegs like the Keg Pony

But if you got it you can still buy the 60% tho it seems to have gone up this year from 9g to 10g I guess the rep discount no longer applies to them

I believe you’re right. The Brewfest grounds outside Ironforge are depressingly empty. Oh well, Hallow’s Eve is right around the corner.
