A call back? Like a talent to refresh it? That would be time skip. Sorry if I’m not understanding the question

Yeah it’s in the evoker tree (Tree on the left side). 4th row of talents, 2nd option.

He probably means Recall. Mostly used for PVP, where you can return instantly to the place you started the cast.
