Does Blizzard have a dedicated team to making fun side content?

If so, why not? There’s so much that could be done if they had the resources / manpower dedicated to it. A goblin casino, jump puzzles across the world, housing (!), more and more casual transmog items.

I can’t really find anything on this so I was wondering if anyone knew what the deal was. WITH THAT SAID: I feel like Dragonriding is sincerely the first completely new fun thing WoW has added in ages, and I am excited for DF because it looks like something at Blizz is going very right.

They don’t have a team for making fun general content

Hahaha

We are just now after years of a mean and spiteful dev teams making non progression stuff slightly more tolerable with account wide features. I think its gonna be a while before they are actively making content that is just supposed to be fun.

Look at how little progress is made for transmog despite it being arguably the most popular feature ever implemented in WoW.

it’s so strange. i’ve been gone so i guess this is nothing new to all of you, and i’ve been spoiled by other mmos. but dracthyr / dragonflight made me return after a long time and i have a lot of friends expressing interest in playing, but they’re also used to housing / fashion / etc primarily. carebear casuals club (no disrespect meant, i am also a member lol)
