Since m+ was introduced in legion. The last time pror war being meta was 3 expansion ago (aka bfa). Meanwhile dps war meta doesn’t even exist.
Every other melee classes have been in favours time to time, especially paladins and DHs. Does blizzard still hold grudges against warriors for being a popular pick in vanila and wotlk ?

There are plenty of classes/specs with very little META time.
Their poor dungeon design philosophy just consistently favors certain classes over others and they are incapable of fixing it

What class ? Brewmaster was meta in bfa. WW was meta in legion and slands.
Prot warrior was meta in DF S1.

Check the rio at the end of that season. Prot paladin completely dominated that season not even by a close margin.

I have no idea how they’ve convinced themselves theyre some weak borderline unplayable class when they were also 2nd best tank last season and the top dps tank this season

Are you smoking weeds? Prot war was among the lowest rio tanks on par with BDK last season. Check raiderio before speaking.

Technically Rogue is always meta due to the nature of the class. The only way it wouldn’t be is if every spec was completely gutted in terms of DPS.

Rogue has 3 specs that fill the same role. It’s a matter of people liking the current flavor or not.
How far apart are the classes? It’s been some time since I was into serious raiding, but for skilled players it was no biggie to clear a raid with nothing but druids, or any combo of classes.
