The email stated they was banned for cheating/ hacking a copy and paste message. They were in the process of leveling their toons and only use the generic addons. So it seems being falsely accused of hacking and or cheating gives you an auto ban without any actual human looking into it. If a human actually looked into the report then they would clearly see they were not the offenders.
