Does Arms need to snapshot their bleeds or does it update dynamically?

Do warrior dots update damage and crit and haste or do I need to have the buffs rolling before applying the bleeds?

Snapshotting died a few expansions ago.

The only spec that uses snapshotting is Feral.

Everyone else updates in accordance to whatever buffs are active.

Yeah, apparently some of them liked how that felt. Makes sense when you’re stacking bleeds off combo points.

I’m not the biggest fan, but I see their point.
