If I have a fresh 70 when the servers come back up, am I able to craft tier gear still from 10.1 tier set with the catalyst, or are we going to be set to 0 charges and I won’t be able to make any and have to wait a few weeks?
My concern is that everyone will at least have 10.1 tier sets and I’ll be stuck with nothing for a few weeks until I can at least get 2 piece from the 10.2 tier set
ok with this season tier it will be unlock day one with one charge after that its has a week or 2 cd for another charge

I think Cayna said the Catalyst was still available for last season gear when they checked PTR last night.
Yep this, id like to try to farm 4 set from 10.1 tier set this week before season 3 actually starts to not be severely underpowered going into content in the new season
