I’m a solo delver, my sister and brother in law quit years ago or I think 3 man delves would be our thing right now.
Does anyone else regularly group to do delves, either with friends or pugs?
I tried a couple times but both times were 4-5 man group with 2 of us showing up immediately and spending 20 minutes waiting for the rest to finish their stuff and come to meet us. We literally could have done a delve in the time waiting maybe two

There are people everyday participating together in Delves.

Delves aren’t queued, you can leave and try again without getting Deserter. If people can’t be bothered to travel despite looking to do Delves in groups, then they aren’t worth your time. I’ve done plenty of Delves in 5-person groups. They make the monotony more bearable.

I’ve done most of my delves with friends. it’s more fun to hang out in discord and do them together.
I wouldn’t bother to do them with pugs, because well… you can’t know how competent they are and there are a lot of really bad players out there.
like… do less damage than brann bad. no thanks.

Generally what happens when I heal, just saying, lol

Eh… it can be great or terrible tbh. The mobs scale with the people in group so if you can’t destroy for somebody who can’t, it can be a little iffy. lol

I do them with friends sometimes. It’s cool.

I carried my friend thro T8s when he hit 80, but now it seems my lvl 60 brann is getting hammered in the same T8s lol

Yeah scaling in delves and dungeons seems weird, like it’s halfway set for season 2 and still halfway set for season 1 just super easy or super hard

I do them in groups every now and then. Sometimes you’ll meet amazing people, sometimes you’ll meet people that makes you question how they made it to level cap.
I’m speaking from a pug perspective btw, there are some idiots out there in LFG.
Ikr? My Tank Brann does 1.75m when others struggle to break 600k.

I did delves a few times in S1 with pugs in the finder and found the groups to be extremely unfriendly. If you die, people will screech loudly and unhappily about whoever died being a trash player.
I’ve also watched delve groups actually break up because people wouldn’t stop yelling at each other.
So… not a great experience. I prefer to do delves solo.

Ouch sounds horrible, on top of that I usually delve when I have other stuff going on. If I need to get up and let the dogs or, or they wanna go for a walk, or the kids need something I can just come back later and finish my delve.
Never pugs. That’s just insane to me. I don’t know why anyone would subject themselves to a pug when it can be soloed. You’re just hurting yourself at that point.
But I will run Delves with anywhere between 0 and 4 other people. Just depends on if the guildies or friends want to. I’m happy with both. It’s been fun content with the guild. They love it.

I’ve done hundreds of Delves but I’ve never bothered to group up for any.
It seems like they would be fine in a group.

Its fun to do with friends, but I feel its kinda pointless to do with pugs for the reason you mentioned. By the time the group assembles you could have already finished one solo.

They are when you have a reliable group.
What surprises me is you get a good portion of 2.5k+ IO players doing them when they outgear the content. I still enjoy running into those people though.
