I feel like if anymore dragon riding dungeons like Dawnbreaker are added in the future the dragon riding aspect shouldn’t be part of the mechanic.
I know collecting orbs is easy, etc etc but its feels more like a tedious headache.
I feel like theses dungeons should be just like The Nokhud Offensive at the least if more are planned next expac.
Does anyone actually like when Dragon riding is apart of the fight?

I don’t mind it but what I’ve heard of Dawnbreaker makes me wish I could take TES Dawnbreaker to it. Smite the snot out of the thing
I don’t like it at all. Sky Riding is fun when you travel and explore. Not when you move from one pack of mobs to another.

I love dragonriding in the open world but hate it in dungeons
I’ve got absolutely terrible eyesight so when the tank doesn’t have a bright as hell mount, its hard for me to follow where they are since the minimap doesn’t do much for me at full speed
A good use would be cool, linear travel sections that don’t involve combat. Hopping from pack to pack is awkward.
No. Just do a I do and leave group. Eventually if enough do it they will get the data and make changes.
Dawnbreaker was ok, but I ain’t looking forward to doing it in m+. First time I did it while leveling was hella confusing though, and my partners didn’t need me to tank at all, not even the last boss.
You mean like they changed nokhud offensive? (Oops they didn’t)
No idea what that is. Haven’t played for 6 years as they gave me the shadowlands beta.
A Dragonflight dungeon where you were dragonriding from one area to the next. Couldn’t normal fly. There were flight paths added way later, but the core of the dungeon was never changed, and one shortcut used by literally everyone made dragonriding necessary.
Hell yeah. I love it. Actually I don’t think it’s enough that the mounts just fly, they should also attack. If I could combine the dynamic of wow flight with the utility of Guild Wars 2 mounts I think I’d strike gold.

I hate dawn breaker but not for the dragon flying aspect.
I don’t like dungeons with stupid gimic mechanics like the vendor trading or that terrible maze in that shadowlands fae dungeon
I didnt like nokhud or tindral but i like the way dawnbreaker does it. Feels very thematic and fun.
I love it. I think it’s a great way to break up the monotony of “walk forward, press kill buttons”.
But then again, I’m the kind of guy who just flies around for fun. Dodging buildings and stuff in the underground zones. I just enjoy dragonriding as a whole.
Neat at first, annoying now.
Ping them to find them.
You can ping from the party frame.
You can also ask then to put a marker over their head.
I don’t necessarily mind flight in dungeons. In this case, I don’t think the way they implemented it was ideal.
My suggestion would be to do something like the flight training quests in the campaign. You can hop on an automated flying vehicle and be transported from A → B or you can choose to fly yourself. That way people don’t get lost who don’t know the dungeon, especially in lower difficulties.
You can expect people to fly themselves once you hit M0.
