Assuming they’re equally very geared and being played by someone really good, who wins here?
I suspect the bear would win.
Having said that you’re effectively talking about two druids dueling, both of them have access to cat, bear, travel and humanoid forms, with balance affinity then can also be Terror Turkeys.
So you need to specifically set up the rules for your duel.
No access to the form which isn’t the spec they are?
Can’t shift out to heal?
Some other strange rule?
Access to the PvP talents? Do these even activate in a duel?
I’m not much of a PvP player but I’ve picked up that cats try and DoT their targets up and try and get out of combat while they bleed out, that also lets them get back into stealth for another stun from a stealth Rake. They’ll also use bear form if they can’t escape and have to soak damage.
Reading the feral changes threads here have informed me that Moonfire, via Lunar Inspiration is used to build combo points while not being in melee range.
I’ve got no idea what bears do in PvP, never looked into it. I did read many posts saying Guardian with Feral Affinity was faster than Feral for levelling, although I think that was only with War Mode on so you got access to more talents.

I’m not much of a pvper but i think in this case it would be whoever gets bored first loses, i think both the cat and the bear would have a VERY hard time out dpsing the others healing capabilities.

Cat wins 100% Feral is godlike at dueling.
There is no possible way a guardian would lose to a feral.
Feral beats guardian in a duel. Guardian just can’t do enough damage to ever get past the feral’s free regrowth every five CP, and since bleeds ignore armor, the guardian will eventually run out of cooldowns and die.
Guardian is terrible in duels lol. Cat stomps bear easily.
Serious? Just a typhoon and swiftmend would put the bear back at full health. I am not saying the bear could kill the feral but I don’t think the feral could kill the bear either…certainly not before a server reset.
Swiftmend has a cooldown, You think the feral is just going to sit on his thumbs for 25 seconds?
