Does 144hz actually matters for WoW?

Currently using 100hz Ultrawide monitor. is there really a huge difference or special gains?

Because even at 60fps it’s pretty much smooth on my other monitor.

It’s a personal preference with no right or wrong answer. I myself can’t tell the difference if I have WoW running at 75, 100, or 125FPS. I just leave the max FPS setting at 100 now.

Well I have a 100hz ultrawide monitor as well  mag341cq brand… it’s pretty cool except I had to replace my first for another for a defect…

but anyway… I’m not sure, I’ve been using 60z for like 15+ years… only one year with 100hz… I think things have gotten smoother and better looking, but it’s not a big difference compared to 144… I’ve seen a video on youtube of a pro gamer and a noob gamer both playing the games at 60hz and 144hz setting and they had to guess which setting it’s set on… both of them seemed to have gotten most answers correct knowing what hz it’s running on… so that just leads to believe there is a noticeable difference.
I think resolution is more important, but if you can do 1440p/4k and 144hz gsync/freesync, definitely go for it… as for me, i’m pretty fine and happy with my ultra wide 100hz monitor  I’m not even sure if there’s any 144hz ultra wides or super ultra wide… there probably is… but yeah, just go for it if you’re so curious and want an upgrade :3

I personally don’t see any difference between 100 fps vs 144 fps tbh but that’s just me.
