The Alliance NPC Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen does not offer me the Triage quest. I am level 41 and 225/225 First Aid. Nobody has done the quest for at least 30 minutes because I have been sitting at the NPC since the last person did the quest. I have tried disabling all addons/reloading/restarting but the NPC still won’t offer the quest. I have also tried going back to Nissa Firestone in Ironforge. She does not have a quest for me either - she just tells me that Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen can help me in Theramore.

So I figured out the issue if anyone else comes across this. My First Aid skill when I clicked it from the Spellbook said 225/225. I know I was not mis-reading it, I looked right at it several several times. I randomly created a mageweave bandage because I needed a few for grinding, and then I got a message saying my First Aid skill increased to 223. WTF. I then went back through Spellbook and clicked First Aid and it showed properly 223/225. I leveled it up to 225 and boom quest was available.
I just had the same exact bug happen in hardcore WoW just now wtf. I was like might as well try it and now I’m 1 level away from 225 with no silk left lmao.
