I don’t like using headphones, I also don’t like it when sound from different sources come out of the same place overlapping. WoW is one of those applications that lets you choose where the sound comes out separate from where the PC is set.
So I have a 5-way surround sound system for games and another set of speakers attached to the primary monitor that plays discord, music, youtube, etc. That way not everything is coming out of the same output device all blended together. I can control the volumes of either independently and turn off one whenever without affecting the other.
I guess, but I don’t not like headphones so that’s one of them.
Sometimes headphones. Sometimes stereo speakers (computer sound set up by Bose) but sometimes I add my Hyperboom. Depends on the mood and the household sound level situation. I also have multiple monitors and watch other things and such, so I use Wows sound controls to play Wow thru one device and Spotify (for instance) or You Tube through another from my computer.
I do. I have soft music playing on my desk speakers and usually use a headphone for comms/game sounds.
I use headphones for voice and PUBG, speakers for everything else.

If I do it’s because I ate something that disagreed with me.
Only sounds I even hear are from BigWigs lol.
I will send WoW though my PC speakers while I have whatever is streaming on the TV set to come out of the TV.
Any particular reason? A good set of studio headphones made me swap my speakers out.
