Do you trust the titans?

Like the pantheon and all of the titan keepers.

Not particularly.

The point has been pretty well hammered in that none of the god-like beings in WoW are particularly invested in whether we’re alive or not, except the ones that actively want us dead.

compared to like the void? yes.

but I think people are looking at the titans a bit wrong, most of the stuff we’re seeing is the “ordering of the planet” stuff they set up to make sure azeroth didn’t 'splode

at this point in the story we’ve helped them defeat sargeras and saved their lives, I’d bet they’re slightly more invested in us now.

Maybe Eonar.

I’d bet the rest would wipe us all off the planet if it got Azeroth on their team once she wakes up, though.

I trust the Titans to be Titans.

I trust the Titans to follow their nature and enforce absolute Order across the cosmos.

Do I trust the Titans to have my best interests in mind? Heck no! lol

Oh god no.

Imposed order is kinda evil

do we trust the pantheon of death? no and yes all they care about is their agenda. titans were empowered by the first ones in zereth ordus just as the first ones empowered the eternal ones. moment we go aganst their agenda we are the enemy.

As a Whole?
No

A few of them individually?
Yes

Then again they are responsible for Humans existing so…

probably

but I don’t think we can really make any judgement on the titans when we haven’t seen them do anything in tens of thousands of years.

Absolutely not. The Titans are interested in their own devices and our existence happens to intercept at a point where our continued existence is to their benefit.

The moment the Titan’s spirit in Azeroth wakes up, they (All the Titans) are simply going to let us to our own devices, or worse, let Azeroth rule over us like some despot.

No. They’ve shown that they have zero qualms about hitting the reset button on Azeroth when we cease being a part of their plan. Their only goal is to ensure when Azeroth awakens, she’s a entity of Order.

The lore?

Whatever metzen decides is the story bro, if he wants the titants to be the bad guys then they will be.

I would not be surprised at all if the Titans go down the path of “these good guys were bad, actually” and we end up farming a Titan for a raid tier at some point. Maybe they’ll even get corrupted by something! That seems like a very Blizzard story to tell.

Look at the Naaru, everyone was like oh they are benevolent… Until they want it how they want it and try to force you into something (e.g Illidan)

It’s a moot question.

The titans aside from azeroth are gone; the pantheon is utilizing all of their power to contain Sargeras and as such they’re all locked up forever.

This is why i only “trust” the void.
At least you know what youre getting yourself in to with it.

Realistically I think they’re just stuck with Sargeras until the writers decide to have them do something else. Just like Sylvanas is stuck doing dailies in the Maw, Thrall was stuck moping around, etc.

Characters can and will come back at any point where the writers think those characters would be useful to tell the story they want to tell.

No, not even a little bit.

I don’t think any of the higher cosmic powers are trustworthy. We’ve only really met Titans and Eternals so far and both of them are so far from trustworthy. They’re all a bunch of order obsessed control freaks.

The Light and Life also seems to be order obsessed control freaks even though we haven’t met their pantheons yet.

Nope. I’ve never trusted anyone that tells me they know what’s best for me but won’t explain why.

I may have trust issues with authority
