Do You Still Dragonride?

I’ve gone back to regular static flying. Dragonriding is more fun but lately I’ve just wanted to relax while traveling.

It’s nice to have both options.

Dragon riding is faster and so it is my go-to. Haven’t really messed around with the other version of flying.

Definitely. It’s one of the better things they’ve added to the game. I always hated flying mounts, but dragon riding actually makes traveling fun.

I use normal flying because dragon flying is not at all what someone with disabilities can realistically use. Its trash blizz made it the default riding. Ion doesn’t care about accessibility I guess.

Yes. Dragonriding is my main method of flying now.

I only dragonride on new characters long enough to hit level 20 and turn it off. I just don’t like it.

Which is why they gave you an option to turn it off?

I haven’t used old flying since dragonriding was added I probably will never go back dragonriding is more fun and way faster

I use dragon riding everywhere, except dawnbreaker. I find there’s just too much room for error when landing In that dungeon so I play it safe and use steady flight there.

Oh yeah! I love Dragon riding! It’s big fun for me! I use it constantly.

I only turn it off if I need to hover over something and go really slow while searching for something on the ground, mostly for those detective quests.

I don’t think I could go completely back to regular flying, because dragon riding makes getting from point A to point B just so much more enjoyable for me.

Just use regular flying.

Static flying is so nice.

Combat in the game has become super hectic, you need to decompress. Dragonriding is just more hectic stress, especially if you’re gathering (texting and driving).

I use skyriding all the time and often still zip under and over things, or around things, having fun the whole time, and rarely just go straight to my objective. I only use slow flying now if I’m looking for something like the wax on the ground, because zipping with skyriding makes it harder to see.

I almost never use skyriding anymore, only for the world quest races.

I mostly dragon ride. But I am very happy we have the option for stable flying.

Only for the races and occasionally when I really want to get way across a zone quickly. I don’t have any problem using dragon riding, I just prefer the more control of static flight, things like being able to hover and just pause when you spot a node or rare kind of thing.

It was set on Dragon Riding, and I’m too lazy to change it, even if I wanted to.

Dragon Riding is serviceable. Static Flying didn’t seem all that better, other than rare instances, like treasures placed in weird spots, or other goofy stuff.

Flying down the Coreway on a dragon, best ride ever !!!

Unfortunately.

As long as I’m flying in a (mostly) straight line, it’s the fastest way to get to point A to B. Sometimes quicker than flight paths, especially ones that have really stupid paths.

But for anything that requires you to start and stop a lot, like quests or herbing, it’s complete garbage.

I wish Blizzard would have never added it to the game.

I occasionally switch to static for mining and herbing but use skyriding 99% of the time.
