Do you race change a lot?

With people with alts do you just do a race change to help keep your Alts under control or just level another and have possible duplicates of classes?

I have race changed a total of maybe 4 or 5 times if you count swapping factions and then going void elf.

My friends race change like… All the time. Ive seen one go from KT to NE and back like 3 times in a week.

No significant alt changing to report though.

I’ll admit that I might have abused the boosting and race change services a bit too lightheartedly.

Well, I blame Blizzard for not revamping the world. I don’t want to go through the same experience the 12th time.

Would you count faction changes? If so, I might hold a record. This druid started as a night elf, then went tauren, then elf, then tauren, elf, tauren, worgen, tauren, worgen, tauren, worgen, tauren, and finally worgen.

And I kinda wanna be a tauren again, but I like my guild too much to switch.

I’d rather start a new character than race change but I’ve done it a couple of times using gold.

Paid race change? No. Only a few times (like 2). But if I want a new class/race, I just reroll an alt. Of which I have many.

I did, but probably not as often as others. Wish I had more Gold like I used to though… :stuck_out_tongue:

I do not acknowledge the existence of race changes.

Never. If I want another one I make it and level. Whether she makes it to max level is a whole other story though :laughing:

Not for $25, It’s just a huge waste of money. You used to be able to do it for free with tmorph (purely visually and only you could see it) but Blizzard banned the use of such things.

Wouldn’t want players to avoid having to pay $25!

I used to until pandaria. Then I decided to level dupes of my classes so I can have em all! By the end of WoD I had 6 max level DKs all with almost equal gear :stuck_out_tongue:

Yep… This toon was originally a human, then swapped to worgen in cata, and then a night elf in WOD. What a long strange trip it has been indeed.

I did, back in Legion, when my gold flow was really steady… Now, I just wish I would have left my original warrior HM Tauren.

Hello, my name is Brahmina, and I’m an altoholic.

I have never race changed. I have many, many duplicate classes. While most are on different servers, the second character I made after this one was another hunter on the same server. But, she was a troll, you see, and had a different spec and different professions. (Back then changing spec was a big deal.)

Yeah, well, I was a noob, but I can’t swear I would have done it differently if I’d known what I know now. I still love all my characters.

I think I have done it 4 times, I regretted every time (but my nelf monk to panda) so I stopped trying.

Only my monk, which I race changed from tauren to undead and then to nightborne. I thought maybe race changing would make me want to play it. It didn’t.

I race changed my draenei warrior to a worgen when cata came out, then to a female panda when MoP came out, since fempandas have amazing animations for fury warriors.

Race changed my shadow priest several times because I could never really find an Alliance race that I felt fit as a shadow priest. Thank god for void elves.
