Usually if you have a recurring 6 month sub when one is released you get it automatically but that doesn’t seem to be the case for me this time.

Yes. It should appear as a gift. Sometimes it takes a few days.

Is the reoccurring still active? It’s the only reason why I would think you wouldn’t get it. Or your renew date is too far off. You may get it after your renew date.
Sometimes it’s a little delayed before the mount comes through. It should arrive within the next day or two. If you’re on an active six month sub right now then you’ll get it.
I’m in the same boat, but it should pop up within a few days. It took Lucky Yun about 36 hours to arrive for me when it was released during the last 6-month cycle.

Sub = credit card/bank account
Game time = balance or money
You need to be sub with a credit card not with blizz balance.
technically you can’t even sub via tokens/balance if i am not mistaken due to renewal issues.
you can i believe purchase the mount seperately via balance from the shop which is your only option for using Balance/tokens
Correct. Even if you have 6 months of time applied you won’t get the mount. It has to be a 6-month subscription.

yea you’d have to purchase a new 6 month sub to get it even if it was a day after you just bought a 6 month sub
I’m among the player’s that haven’t received the new mount yet for having a 6-Month Recurring Subscription.
However, When the mount does come through for those that have a 6-Month Recurring Subscription, It should become available as a gift on your Battle.net Account.
I would keep an eye on your Gift’s Tab on Battle.net by Clicking Here to redeem your mount when it becomes available!

I didn’t get mine initially despite already being on the 6 month sub plan.
But I did remember I needed to update my CC exp date and cvv code. After doing that I got the mount right away.
While I see the mount on the store, I DON’T see it in the mount collection tab… even as an uncollected mount… as opposed to other store mounts I don’t have yet.
The mount collection window has a heap of unlisted mounts. Most are mounts that are nolonger obtainable. You need a mount addon to reveal them.
Isnt it available now? You just have to purchase the sub again? If its available to be purchased then those of us who have a 6 Month sub should have gotten it be default as it was released. All previous 6 month sub mounts and transmog have been automatically granted on the day they came out. This feels more like a cash grab to force people to get a 6 month sub rather then rewarding those who have one. If you know something we dont ill concede. Maybe I missed some fine print.
