Do you main a Warrior?

Out of 16 alts of mine, 3 are Warriors. This guy + a HM and Maghar Orc for their Heritage sets. I tried switching mains once , in Legion, for a Druid, and it worked for some time but at the end the itch to slam stuff just came back. Still have loads of fun with other tanks, healers and casters, but I have so much identity with the class regardless of xpac or viability/nerfs.

I’ve been a fury warrior since BC, don’t really have any alts. There’s been once or twice arms was so overwhelmingly good I had to do it, but I’ve generally stuck with it through everything.

Been an Arms warrior since classic. Tanked 40 man raids as arms, and BC raids as arms.

Warrior wasn’t my first 60 in classic, nor my second.
But it was my main at the end. Switched between arms and fury quite a few times during my pvp grinding (gave up at LT commander) but ended as fury for raiding. My guild cleared a little over 1/2 of nax before 2.0 destroyed everything.

In BC i raided on my mage due to the guilds need but i still considered my warrior my main and i ended up as prot to tank heroics and alt kara runs.

I quit for a bit but when i came back in wrath i raided casually on mage, warlock, enh shaman, DK, and even my hunter that i had barely touched since hitting 60 in vanilla, but prot warrior ended up as my main again. I was main tank for a 10 man guild, we never managed to get heroic arthas down due to attendance issues but we got our frostwyrms and cleared everything else. And we got through a ton of achievements in uldir and ToC, including Herald of the Titans.

Guild broke up during the first content tier of cata and i quit.
Came back for BFA due to boredom during a 3 month “vacation”, due to an shoulder injury. Had no hesitation whatsoever on boosting my warrior.

So… to answer the OPs question, yes i main warrior.
No matter how much fun i had on other classes (mostly in wrath), i could never call anything else my main.

I began playing this game back in 04. My first character was a hunter, which I got to level 32 or so. Then I switched servers to play with friends and rolled a paladin. I was ret (Lol, ret in vanilla…RIP to all the people who think it’s going to be viable in classic, I’ve been there…but that’s off topic). That was my first 60. Then in about mid 05 I rolled a warrior and that’s what I’ve mained since.

I have played since early beta in 04. Rolled a shaman to 60 and started to pvp when bgs first came out. Was so tired of getting ganked by rogues and not being able to do anything I rolled a warrior just to curb stomp them. I have been playing it ever since and level my warrior up first through all content. Man how I miss the dsys when we stood s chance against rouges.

Warrior was my first toon in May/April 2007, been main ever since.

This expansion has been my only compromise in levelling the DK first after the horror show that was BFA beta shudders. But ive brought both toons up as Tanks and its evened out again.

Once i get my new computer set up in a few days i’ll be on this guy full time again <3

Played a Tauren hunter and human paladin in Vanilla.

Made this toon early Bc, main ever since. Play alts, but always been my main.

Come Classic will be rolling another Tauren female warrior.

First toon I ever rolled was a human warrior. Leveled her to 60 over the space of about threeish months, and then started to learn how to tank. Main tanked my way through Vanilla, BC and the first tier of Wrath before life forced me to take a break. Came back during the 3.2 and decided to roll a Disco priest, the only time I didn’t main a warrior.

Ended up quitting during early Cata for a myriad of reasons, got asked to help with RAF by a buddy, so rolled warrior on that account (this one), quit the game again until Legion and finished leveling my warrior. I’m now once again raid tanking for my guild, and currently have no plans to stop.

Started as a pally in mid BC and only got to level 36. Rolled a warrior at the start of wotlk.

Ran fury, but was horrible at the game. I mostly stuck in battle stance because the additional damage berserker stance made you take spooked me. Eventually met a good prot warrior on my server who taught me how to run fury correctly and where to look for info on classes and rotations and what-not.

Ended up raiding Ulduar and cleared some heroic ICC. It was a pretty big shift, all thanks to that one guy.

I eventually switched to arms and stayed arms for years, until about midway through MoP, where I re-rolled off of my Troll warrior (who I still have) to alliance warrior for my guild. I went back fury.

Switched to Prot in WoD and haven’t looked back since.

Main as a warrior since the end of Wrath. Other classes just don’t feel right to me.

Yes!

I main a warlock, but i cant and will never live without my warrior.
he is my alt, but my MAIN alt, everything i do on my warlock is followed closely on my warrior.

If it wasn’t for my warrior i would have gone insane by now, going from a turret that warlocks have been since WoD it feels great to play fury.

yes, yes, and yes. one yes was enough but there is a 10 character minimum.

It’s the only class I’m consistently happy about playstyle and lore wise

Arms since Vanilla and 90% of the time iv stayed Arms.

Arms always feels good to play however it has been implemented poorly on many occasions with its lack of heals, CC and utility. Currently the moves do feel meatier compared to Fury which just feels bland.

I miss the days when warrior was a PVP class. Right now I feel like Im playing a BC/WotLK Hunter doing arena. Just there for someone else’s entertainment.

Mained a warrior since TBC through the end of legion when the class was reduced to mindless button mashing (Fury) unviable (Arms) and GCD lock (prot)
Because really as it stands now a 6 year old with palsy could be the next top warrior in Method.

#FiresOfHeaven where have you gone? Yours was a more civilized era.

I would rather punch my mother in the ovaries than play any iteration of warrior as of current patch.

It was a great ride, main tanked plenty of content, but this $$$stupid is above my threshold of tolerance.

Oh and if you do not know who Furror was please do not talk to me about warriors or MMORPG in general.

Well wishes to him from Veeshan’s Celestial Tomb. He was and is the one and only warrior player. Although it seems he doesn’t want any part of WoW warrior.

Which should be telling.
