Do you log off in a specific place?

I always log off to whatever inn my hearth is set too.

Ditto.

I hate having to log off somewhere else for whatever reason. It’s so silly, it’s not like I’m paying for a room or something.

theres a rock i like to stand on and fish, i generally log out there even if im not fishing…i have no idea why

For me it’s typically whichever major city is relevant to the expansion.

99% of my characters always log off in Hearth/Capital City.

For some reason ALL my rogues always log off in stealth mode.

All my mages log off in Class Hall.

I can’t understand why it bothers me to leave them somewhere else.

Back in endgame Vanilla, I would often log out in the Undercity Inn. Not just standing there, but doing the Forsaken /sleep emote in a coffin. Often took me a few tries to get lined up just right, so my character model wasn’t sticking out anywhere.

Yes, it was weird. Even my imp would be looking at me like I was nuts.

back in TBC my guildies and I claimed the wagon in IF that’s next to the bank. We always hung out there and always logged off there lol.

Now-a-days. I just log off wherever.

Only if I am going away for several months, that would be halfhill market at Pandaria

By the mailbox closest to the bank in their home city.

They really, really like getting mail!

Most of the time I log off by the mission table on the ship in Boralus.

Not particularly. If I’m leveling, I always aim for an inn. If I’m just putzing around, then I’ll log out in the air. If I’m done, I’m done.

Usually what ever major expansion hub said toon is in depending on level.

Half the time I just get logged out because I squirrel and alt tab over to here.

If I’m leveling, I will log off at an inn. If maxed, I log wherever I am…preferably under the stars.

Yeah the closest inn or city

Usually closest to what I plan on starting with the next time I log in or in case of my alts I log them out where rei lun is and only play them when it is up

I don’t. My mother however always makes sure she goes into an inn and /sleep in a bed before logging out no matter what character she’s on.

I like to put my characters in a bed if there’s one near where I’m logging out it’s just nice to think your character is Comfy while you are offline

preferably org, or somewhere with portals

I always log off in my garrison. I’ve got the AH for it so it’s the most convenient way to check auctions when I login and before I log out.

I did the exact same thing for a good while. Now I’m just logging off in the relevant main city or an inn.
