In the achievement menu - if you scroll to the bottom there’s another category of achievements called statistics if you open the tab and go skills then professions you find a record of the number of recipes you’ve learnt in all professions on that avatar - Does this mean if you relearn the profession you don’t have to refind the recipes as the profession trainer teaches it you when you reach the skill level??
Knowing the number of recipes doesn’t tell you which ones you have. There isn’t enough information stored in the Stats tab to recreate your recipe book. If you unlearn, it’s all gone, with one exception. Legion recipes were substantially learnt through questing, so they added a book you can buy to re-learn those recipes that the quests taught you (the game does store every quest you complete, and you can’t do them again). But otherwise you have to go find them all over again.
