Do you have to fake cast judgement now?

Holy paladins getting judgement dispel…

Is it hypothetically possible to press judgement when poly is at the end of it’s cast so that the hammer is in the air when you get poly’d and then you insta dispel yourself when it hits?

We gonna have to fake judgement the way we fake death now? kekw

You dispel DP and SW:P or VT literally every time you press judgement? like what?

How are elemental shaman and Shadow priests supposed to exist when Hpals are playing cleanse the weak and this talent?

This game is paper, scissor, rock game. There will always be hard counters of some classes.

For example, we Warriors have to deal with Resto Druids, their whole toolkit anti warrior.

If HolyPaladin don’t get such a cool thing they will extinct next patch because their mana reg sucks. Countering mage=being viable in this game since mage is always meta so good for HolyPaladin. HolyPaladin will have dispell identity but still gonna oom easily outside of that. I like the changes, they are trying something new at long last, PvP needed some real changes not just number changes and until now I’m satisfied by changes.

According to PtR FrostMage won’t need to poly someone already for kills, don’t worry.

Hmm, I have Ret-Dk-Rogue-Dh and Warlock too, higher ilvl than your warlock…

This has to be the most out of touch thing i’ve ever heard anyone say about the current state of the game.

Hpal mana is bad but they are still by far the best equipped to handle the pace.

As long as Sac bop and divine toll exist Hpal will be a top pick for pretty much any comp in the game, assuming the pace stays the way it is.

One of the major weakness of holy paladin was that they are a sittting duck and incredibly easy to control. That is the trade off for having giga damage that you can get whenever you like, the best cooldowns in the game and the best reactive healing in the game.

I prefer playing frustrating classes they don’t need to be S tier for me to play them, made an Affli only to perma slow people but unfortunately I’ve lost that sadistic tool next patch.

We agree on that part but still recently people have been quitting HolyPaladin for a reason, right. Players rarely leave strong specs.

Still they are not mobile, that is their weakness and they need to get really close to CC someone.

What is this ability called? Is it a pvp talent or conduit?

Judgements of the Pure. Cleanses one random magic/disease/poison effect from someone in your aura range per Judgement cast. It’s RNG as well which is worth noting.

So it actually cleanses one of each type, total of 3, from random allies in your aura, that have been applied by the person who you judge. At first I thought this ability was completely bonkers, but knowing that it’s based on who you judge, and it’s one of each effect total (not aoe dispel) makes it seem a lot more balanced. The fact that it’s only from the person you judge also makes it require some thought, not just “I’m doing my rotation and AOE dispelling everything off my team!”

You can dispel yourself out of CCs cast on you two ways - use divine toll as the CC comes in, or use the new divine toll legendary. It will continue casting judge and dispelling you while you’re CCd. Unsure if this last one is intended. Also the legendary judges ignore line of sight.

Not sure the ability is needed though. Paladins have plenty of abilities to mitigate CC. Giving a ranged damage spell that removes CC/dispels is a bit much IMO.

Yes ploy, ring of frost, dragons breath are some of the dumbest abilities to be placed in the game, and they are all for the same class lol

Seems like it synergizing with divine toll and particularly the legendary is an insane oversight and not intended. I can’t imagine it will interact with divine toll.

That being said your point about the randomness of buffs dispel’d do make it not as good as some people originally thought, but it absolutely hard counter’s elemental shaman and Shadow priests. One judgement will AoE dispel Devouring plague (a disease) AND shadow word pain or VT. That’s 2/3s of shadow priests dots being mass dispel’d on CD, this isn’t even considering cleanse the weak which is also an aoe dispel. Elemental shaman will auto lose from the mere existence of Paladin in the arena.

This is toxic in the same way shadow resistance aura was essentially an auto win for paladins against shadow play. Think about it…a holy paladin simply EXISTS and you lose. That is really poor game design.
