I did the campaign chapter 1 “A Creche Divided” on my warrior, but I wanted to play my evoker who didn’t do anything on Forbidden Reach. I thought if you did it on one character then you didn’t have to do it on them all to do 10.1 stuff? But the quest never pops up on my evoker. Popped right up on my warrior. Am I missing something? Do I have to do the 10.1 stuff on my warrior first now to be able to skip the Forbidden Reach stuff on alts or what?

I am wondering this too. I can’t get “The Land Beneath” on any of my alts so I can’t unlock the rep on them.
You should be able to get the quest from the healing wings emissary near the Aspects. And afterwards on the Reach itself there should be multiple skip options to bypass the initial questlines that takes you up to the post-Emberthal/Ebyssian cutscene.
I can’t find any way to skip it if you did even one of the Forbidden Reach campaign quests. Went looking around Valdrakken for some skip, nothing, went looking all around Forbidden Reach, nothing. Is the only way to get the Zaralek/Loamm campaign at this point to finish the Forbidden Reach campaign?? Really sh*t if so, what torture.
I wanted the initial 2.5k rep from starting quest so that i can start the profession quests with Ponzo. For some reason some alts i took the teleport to the seat of the aspects, and on the outer ring the quest qiver offered me the quest and the skip. (But for some alts i flew directly to Morqut Islet )Which then led me to Morqut Islet and then just fly up the mountain ledge and find NPC Scalecommander Emberthal and he is next quest qiver who offers the next skip and then starts quest , The Land Beneath.
