My answer is, I do, a few of them in fact. Probably top favorites are:
- Demon Hunter (Slayer’s Felbroken Shrieker)
- Priest (High Priest’s Lightsworn Seeker in its 3 versions), and of course
- Hunter (the 3 colours of the Wolfhawk)
And yes, I use them, from time to time. Probably the Shrieker is the least used as it is a bit slower to call up, but its a lovely impressive thing once to have it active.
Edit: And one simply must activate A Tiny Set of Warglaives as required wearing DH Pepe on one’s head.

I love my paladin horses but only on my humans and dwarves. My Tauren and Draneai look silly on them.
Next favorite are the Warlock horses, they are wonderful.
Then it is a toss up between the rogue birds and the hunter wolf/hawk things.
Don’t care much for the appearance of the monk one, but he is so polite that I love him anyway.
The only class mount I consistently use is the warlock demon horse. That thing is amazing.
Not really. I thought the mage one was kinda silly looking, but might have used it for a while anyway if it weren’t for it automatically reskinning itself based on your spec, which seriously annoyed me.
I’ve wanted the Archmage’s Prismatic Disc ever since the first time I saw someone riding it.
I’ve got it now, and it is my primary mount for my Mage(s).
my rogue(s) and warlock(s) have used their class mounts every day since they got em. i just switch out the color macro so that they match appropriately. they are 
I have never moved off my purple protodrake for my warrior. It has lots of weapons and is beeg. I also use soar on my evoker.

I love the demon hunter mounts.
Rogue mount is my favorite and I use it on all of my Rogue characters.
I have a few mounts I like, but I guess my favourite class mount would be Soar. I know it is technically a racial mount, especially since they opened Dracthyr to other classes, but still.
Edit: Oh, I also really love the blue owl Druids got in Dragonflight.
I LOVE my Lightsworn Seeker(In Holy spec).
For my Warlock I use the Shadowy Reins of the Accursed.
For my Mage I use the Glacial Tidestorm
For my Death Knight I use the Frostbrood Proto-Wyrm
Right here! I really adore the Wolfhawk model. However, also SUPER high on my list is the druid one, which I call Puffyowl. I have Puffyowl set on both my druids! 
The only thing about the rogue ravens I don’t like is they don’t land. (Unless something has changed I don’t know about.) I love the way they look, but eventually mounts with no landed animation bug me.
I thought it was cool it reskinned, but my issue was it didn’t bank smoothly when turning. It would go straight from exactly vertical to tipped with no in-between animation. I think this has been since fixed, but my mage rides a ghost “kittybat”, so I never circled back to the class mount.
I literally created a warlock to get the warlock class mount. I haven’t circled back around to getting it yet, but it is firmly on my to-do list!!
I adore the monk one, appearance and voice lines! 
I instantly started to play my monk to get it when I saw it. (I actually already HAD a monk, as opposed to warlock which I didn’t have and rolled later.)
