I used to use one many years ago but stopped after wod pruning and when I started maining dps only. However, since I am started to heal again this expansion I was thinking of picking one up again but there does not seem to be much choice out there for MMO mice with decent specs. I was just wondering if any other fellow pvpers use MMO mice or just stick with a lightweight mouse.
Currently, I am using a razer viper ultimate as I play fps games pretty competitively such as Apex legends.
im ngl im pretty dependent on my naga after like a decade of using it
its just so many more buttons which is awesome because half my bars are arena1/2/3 macros

I wouldn’t be able to play wow nowadays without my G600, personal pref tho, i played just fine with a cheap mouse before i bought this one a few years ago. If you can afford it it’s definitely worth it, not a must though.

i’ve always just used a death adder and make use of all of its buttons and shift variants of them. This expac is definitely putting pressure on my key binds tho, with arena 123s eating up so much space.
Maybe a naga is good after a good bit of practice and muscle memory is built on those buttons. Im 100% sure id be trash at it at first

I just use a Logitech G502, I have one of the side buttons mapped as alt because the movement on the keyboard just feels…odd. I’ve never been a fan of Razer, quality just isn’t there IMO.

my laser sometimes randomly stops working mid game but naga is so pog
Tried swapping to a Logitech or Corsair?
( pretty sure both of them have the ‘MMO’ mice )
nah just got a new naga actually LMAO
i’m sure i’d probably get more durability w/ either of those though
been using a naga since like cataclysm though so i guess it’s just a ez comfort pick
I ditched my mmo mouse when I quit wow back in wod, relearning keybinds has been hard and I’m struggling heaps with keybind space

This^ I am getting back into healing and naturally the role requires more binds. I just wanted to see if people still use mmo mice as I rarely see them anymore but I guess that’s due to the lack of mmos.
The inclusion of an MMO mouse is really helpful, IMO. I personally don’t use alt modifiers, so I ran out of keybinds fast. I use the Corsair Scimitar Pro. I can’t use all the buttons because I have very thick thumbs so the front and second to front buttons in the bottom row are useless, but I still like it.
I also have my crouch bound to it for Apex. I found it’s really helpful for when I play Pathfinder and grapple sliding everywhere.

V helpful with other games for sure. If I tried playing ESO without an MMO mouse (not a fan of controllers) I’d sooner slit my wrists
yeh it saves alot of keybinds to have those mouse buttons
If you just can’t get used to the others get your next naga at a place like bestbuy and buy the warrenty. Then when it breaks you can take it back and get a new one for almost free. Would prolly save u a lot of money m8

i use the 7 button razer mouse but i used to use a naga, swapped to the 7 button one cause i had a lot of macros help me reduce the need for buttons
I use a Steelseries Rival 500. Great mmo mouse once you get used to it. I have all 12 buttons mapped with shift & ctrl modifiers. Makes the game much easier and I can be more responsive.

I don’t have experience with the other mice, but the Scimitar pro switches for the mouse clicks have a thin plastic design, and if you click and hold really hard it will wear a groove into it, eventually leading to a large deadzone for your clicking. Happened to me, took it apart to figure out wth was going on, bought a new mouse off amazon, emailed Corsair about the problem, and they refunded my Amazon purchase.
Corsair has excellent customer support. Logitech also has good customer support. I broke a key cap off my Logitech MX Keys and even told them it was my fault (the key caps are NOT meant to be removed from the scissor switch) and because they didn’t have replacement parts they literally mailed me a new keyboard for free without a return. I managed to find a similar scissor switch and keycap from a mobile device keyboard that fit it so now I have two,
