Do you even notice transmogs of other players in the game?

While traveling through the various places within this game, how often do you stop and admire the transmogs of other players? I never really do, unless I see something unique…and I don’t mean a weapon that looks like other weapons, but has a different hue. I mean something overly unique, and even then I look for a couple of seconds and move on about my business.

I can say that the time I spend setting up the way my character looks engulfs with enormity the amount of time I actually notice and really even think about someone else’s transmogs.

So really, the transmogs are more about how we feel about ourselves than how others think about us.

I do almost every mythic+ run. I have that mirror toy so I pick whoever has the best mog and copy them

Often I see someone who is using an interesting item as transmog that I look up to see how to get it.

Always. I will stop, inspect, check out the changes, and often send a tell or just give them a heads up in open chat. Love a character that really puts together a good set.

I look at everyone’s!! Even on the forum it’s the first thing I look at (could care less about stats)

Transmog is my favorite to look at followed by the mounts. So many great outfits…and some really terrible ones too! Lol

I’m limited because of my choice not to run Mythics or raids. But I manage. It’s a shame my hunters have so few options to put something cool together

I notice mogs. (And hunter pets!)

There’s a guy on my server who names his characters after Star Trek characters and has an absolutely incredible Picard mog. The first time I saw him was at the mission table in Ardenweald and I was so thrilled I snapped a screenshot and tweeted about it, lmao.

Same here. In game I am quite fashion conscious. In really life my wife is just happy if I put on a clean t-shirt.

I often check out players with cool transmogs and neat mounts. Transmogging is one of the best parts of the game.

I doo quite often, mainly plate and mail. They have by far the best looking gear.

To the OP: I rarely inspect people in game, but that’s usually because I’m always just doing my own thing. I sometimes look up a mount if I see a cool-looking one. However, I often do look at transmogs here on the forums, especially if the thread is about transmog (I figure most of the posters in such threads probably have nice mogs).

I usually have the camera zoomed out pretty far when I play so it’s really hard to pay much attention to others’ transmogs - once in a while, yes, but not often.

It’s like the time I went to Switzerland. Every other person had a rollex or balenciegas. At a certain point seeing a bum was more impressive because seeing one in Geneva (where begging is illegal) was more unique.

But I appreciate unique styles or some item I haven’t seen. I do inspect and take a screenshot. It got problematic as point, had over 100 screenshots over just different mogs items I didn’t have.

I often will check other characters out. Especially dwarves, since they are my favorite. I feel a bit disappointed whenever one hides their beard, though. lol Also look up players from the forums as well.

It has to be really good for me to pay attention to it.

One of my guildmates has a Mario transmog for his Gnome - I need to remember to look up how he got that.
