If you don’t use a glider at all the known places where you should be gliding, then you’re part of the problem. Why is it only premaders use glider? What do they know ?

I love seeing an army of glider falling from the sky, I can tell how the fight will go with just how many gliders are being used in a game.

People who glide are aware and present and willing to fight. They bring their desire to win the battlegrounds and show their force.

So if you don’t glide, you’re not trying and you’re the reason your team lost.

Personally, I try to use the Goblin Glider sparingly, I’ve already jumped to my death twice because it was on cooldown and didn’t realize. I’d like to prevent that number from going up.

if we are talking eye of the storm then as melee i am not going to glide to the death trap flag zug where i get pushed off or targeted by hunters
now if you are talking escaping lumber mill because we cant win the teamfight i am with you

Plenty of Opportunities for Gliders in almost every BG.
Alliance AV Entrance/Horde IBT (especially when backdoor was viable)
AB Lumbermill and Mines
EoTS Starting Area, BE Tower, Mage Tower (escape).
WSG is limited but I have used gliders while chasing EFC from above GY/Top of Tunnel Entrance to make up ground quicker.
BfG top plateau to help defend all 3 nodes quickly
IoC Hangar to WS. Tower to Glaives offense.
Nitro Boost Fail
Basically any scenario with greater than a 3 foot drop. I have even used them going down a slight incline if I need to make up or increase distance with a target.

This always happens to me on alts that ran out of gliders or never bought them :smiley: .

Yes, it is a great tool and I took a long time before starting to use them at all. You start using them everywhere even outside PVP.

I’ve been on many suicide mission on EOTS start just to try and CC off the other team.

I went from playing Evoker to Monk, not having a way to cushion my fall consistently feels so bad. :sweat_smile:

so true, DH and Evoker have it easy. To some extent Mage and Priest also have a nice floating spell. I think they keep the momentum and get fast. But not as good as the glider.

The amount of time I disengaged to my death… sometime I think “you won’t get me alive!!”

I recently died with AA by disengaging from mage tower in Ashran and I couldn’t glide with AA.

I have personally NEVER killed myself accidentally with falling damage. :crossed_fingers:

Between perma glider and and nitro boosts, I really don’t understand why engineering isn’t more popular

Grab the Wrath engineering parachute for your cloak. I like to cycle them. Glider for my first jump but have the parachute for backup.
