If so what’s your favorite?
Cream filled ones.
I don’t eat, I destroy.
Maple bar.
Not really. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, I’m more into savory.
Used to have a place by my house called Donut Wheel and it was awesome.
I don’t care for sweets tbh
I feel like dehydrated after a single bite
Never.
I stopped eating sugar for six months and then decided to break my fast with a much-desired donut.
It was not as good as I remembered it. I think that so much of our taste-driven desires are based on memory.
That and conditioning, no doubt.
There’s a gourmet doughnut shop near me. I always go for the crème brûlée or the tiramisu
Blueberry. #helth
My favorite use to be something called a Bismarck (cream filled, not custard) but they don’t make them anymore or they’re called something else.

I hadnt had a donut in years. Well , someone at work brought me a dozen Tim Hortons for expediting a project I was handling for them. I tried to refuse them but they left them in my office and bolted. I had two. A boston cream and a raspberry jelly. The wave of dizziness that hit me 12 minutes later was like nothing I have felt. I didnt know if I was going to pass out or just die. Were they poisoned… was it the fat content… the sugar content? I dont know… but they promptly went in the bin. ![]()

Lotta donut hate in this thread.
I like plain glazed, warm. I can inhale them if they’re good ones. Warm, chewy, JUUUUST a tiny bit of crunch from the baked on frosting.
Also apple fritters.
There’s a Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts close to work. When put to a vote more people prefer getting the donuts from Krispy to Dunkin. I don’t care who wins. Just get me a blueberry donut.
Not very often, I love the chocolate covered ones, especially with sprinkles. I was doing fine today, now I’m craving donuts!
I’ll eat them on a special occasion. My favorite is probably just a basic glazed donut.
Maple twist
Blueberry cake! Perfect with black coffee.
Dangit, I want to run to the donut shop now, and I’m on a diet. >.<

A buttermilk (some call them old fashioned) bar with maple glaze. The only place that makes these in what could be considered local is a 20-30 minute drive away.
