Do you druids ever just go for a swim?

I’ve been playing my guardian Druid a lot and sometimes I just dive into a river and swim around for no reason.

Maybe pick some herbs if I’m down there, but usually I just follow the river and see where I end up.

Do you guys ever do this? I never swim on my other characters because it’s slow and they drown, but with swim form it’s actually fun

Yeah fish form is neat. Plus you get to hang out in the under water cities that the non druids can’t hang out in. The tortolain one where you can summon a giant octopus is my favourite.

As someone who actually likes the Cataclysm zone of Vashj’ir - yes. Yes I do.

There are secrets in the deep if you know where to look…

No, but, there are still plenty of underwater quests and chests that I do still find myself swimming often enough.

And even in encounters… it’s nice that swim form works in lava :exploding_head:

I have found myself swimming around in the pools of the southern Ohn’ahran Plains a few times.

Could not agree more, everyone i know hates that zone. While im over here zooming from place to place picking herbs to sell on the ah and killing rares while down there. Everytime i lvl a druid, (3 so far). I always head there to lvl because it’s calming and fun to swim around.

Yep. I get to explore areas of the game that others will never see. Sure, there often isn’t anything there lol, but I still like it. I love swimming in real life, and being underwater is so relaxing and peaceful. I get the same feeling under water in the game.
