Do you believe puzzling cartel chips should just be removed altogether?

This company legitimately doesn’t care, it’s all about running the numbers for how much they can pressure people for monetization without pushback.

They’d cannibalize the game and ruin the experience more, if profits went up temporarily short term.

They’re squatting their IP and treating their game as poorly as a freemium mobile game. I guess I see the appeal of privates servers now, since that’s the recourse people have to avoid such.

If acting badly means something gets removed, why are delves or lfr still around? Do you know how many people hate those systems?

And I’m guessing you got proof to back this up?

LFR and delves were certainly devoid of complaints when they launched.

Certainly.

And given the large player base of WOW, it’s not hard for me to imagine people react unreasonably because of their very existence.

I don’t think you should clamor for it to be removed just because you won’t see any value from it. I won’t see any value also but im not trying to clear the raid before the next season and those players could probably use the upgrade for that.

I do get it feels bad, but making someone else feel bad doesn’t make me feel good at all so no I don’t think it should be removed personally

Revising my initial statement, I’m kinda just in favour of any changes or design implementation Athernon doesn’t want.

I’ll take that too.

Funny, I was seeing more M+ complaints thread than Delves last season.

They kept delves as they’re too sunk costed in development effort.
They aren’t going away simply due to that reason alone.

LFR, as per their original blue post on the matter, was to justify devoting resources to raids by increasing participation. Blizzard might have started canning raids or downgrading them entirely had they not introduced LFR.

Introducing story mode tells me the numbers dipped below critical once more.

Employees are rated based on the engagement for the content they worked on, so you can see why certain things are done the way they are.

m+ players complained about delves, quite a bit.

Trivialized their rewards.

And people always complain about anything that causes them to fail a key.

I’m talking in general, I’m fully aware they got the raider treatment which was funny.

45 runed into 15 gilded… as opposed to taking 15 minutes to speed clear one +7 mythic plus?

sounds like you’re gonna be in delves for a LONG time… have fun with that

Average should be more like 25.

you should find a new hobby

and playing in a delve alone rather than having a multiplayer experience Blizzard is keenly aware of devaluing the experience. It is one of the primary reasons they have mega-weekly events in WoW now, and discuss “murderball” design to force group people together.

Delves are seen as an onboarding/sunk cost entrapment method for getting players baited onto their timegate systems. Delves are also used, because playing said timegate systems isn’t worth the anxiety of playing with others over.

So rather than them quit because playing m+ or raids not being meaningful to play, in order to ultimately play the timegate, players were given the outlet of playing delves instead. The barrier of entry was lowered rather than the gameloop made meaningful.

Pretty sure you get to post on US forums with an EU license.

It shouldn’t be extra.

Time to go to Europe, it’s unfair!

no, you don’t.
the two regions are completely separate.

go try to post on the EU forums if you don’t believe me.

Pretty sure I told you crests are getting buffed next month.

Also it’s very easy to get capped out between resets. Some stories take less than 10 minutes.

That doesn’t disprove what I say though.
I claim EU gets to post on US, not the inverse.

And that’s why it’s unfair, and you should go to Europe.

why would you be able to post on the US forums with an EU license if you can’t post on the EU forums with a US license?

how about you go post on the EU forums and we can have a chat about it after you do that and provide proof, ok?
