I try to go 3 times a week to the gym for about 40 to 50 mins. I dono how people here do 2 hours that’s crazy good.
My current total in powerlifting is 1814 and I compete in the 105kg
I couldn’t compete last year due to injury sadly.
This year is gonna be a good year though.
If I could still afford it I’d be in the gym lifting most days, usually doing splits along with the ol’ flat bench, overhead press, deadlifts, and squats.
But I’m poor and seemingly unemployable, so now I just sit and decay waiting for the Reaper to draw my name.
Weight lifting 4 times a week with a yoga day in between on Wednesday.
Don’t forget trolling 5 days a week…
I get up and go outside for a smoke every few hours, I think that counts as going for a walk.
anybody who doubts this is insane. boxers have absolutely wild cardio.
personally i don’t bother with separate cardio stuff. unless you want to run a marathon or be a professional fighter you can get plenty with squats, kb swings, etc.

It doesn’t really feel like exercise. At first it did, doing just a few miles would KO me for days but now it feels mostly like a mental reset and a chance to catch up on the natural changes.

Yes, but not as much as I’d like. I’ve been looking for gym friends for awhile.

I do P90 5 days a week (3 days cardio/2 days strength). Being I am not a kid anymore and work full time etc. I don’t go for hard core workouts so I do about 50 mins a day to stay in shape and then eat healthy 5 days a week and then the weekend I cheat and also have drinks on 1 of those nights.

Chronic pain makes moving around not exactly high on my to do list. But I noticed my feet are starting to hurt now when I walk. So the inactivity ain’t doing me any favors
Legs, chest, back, shoulders, and arm workouts plus about 15 miles of running every week
I do yeah, mostly kettlebell squats and I do arms and butt workouts, plus I walk. I also try to eat organic/keto as much as possible
