4-5 times a week
Weightlift 4 times a week. Gym has been closed due to the snow/ice storm here in TX tho. Feels bad.
some do, some don’t. i haven’t been to the gym yet this week (sick) but went 5 or 6 times last week and probably average 3-4 times a week.

1-2 hours a day 5 days a week in the gym. usually just picking up heavy things, get enough cardio at work.

I workout my right arm every day, sometimes left also

Haven’t gone in the last 3 weeks though between work and having a new baby that makes it hard to leave her lol

I train my son in boxing nearly everyday… I boxed for 20 years and its absolutely a workout. :-]
I have a Tonal and a row machine sitting in my office. Told myself if I bought it I’d use it. Currently collecting dust.
I do my physical therapy daily, including getting my 8k steps in. Had surgery last November, and it was a lot, so I’m not quite ready for the gym.
I try to get in a 30-minute bike ride every day. Been hard with all the snow and ice hereabouts lately, looking forward to getting back into a rhythm.
I get 15-20k steps per day at work and then do some light lifting and cardio after. Not really a gym rat or chasing gains but it helps keep me healthy.
