I feel we have enough rune options already, I kind of want them to focus on balance, maybe a new raid, make the 60 raids and dungeon more fun.
I rather them give us new cooking recipes, new class quests, maybe update dead factions like wildhammer clan, or ravenholdt. It seems its already hard enough balancing all the new rune abilites, adding more will just make it harder to balance.
Wow has been out since 2004. It has never been balanced.

I agree! It’s great having a ton of different rune options, with only 1 being viable per slot. We should add in some more that have clear best choices and the rest being worthless.

I’m pretty sure we know we’re getting more runes next phase so thankfully we don’t really need to petition Blizzard for more runes.
I do think there should be something added to cooking as it, and first aid are the only crafting professions that have seen 0 change.
It could even be used to make gathering professions more viable
Example
Miners can now mine up rich salt from nodes.
Rich salt, BoP, used as a cooking ingredient for bop food that gives a decent self buff.
Skinners can skin up
Strong sinew, bop. Used for crafting first aid consumables that can help protect vs certain damage types
Example holy etched bandage, bop-1 strong sinew 2 runic cloth. Applying this bandage reduces shadow damage taken by 20% for 30 seconds
(Can be recipes for each damage type, shares bandage CD)
Herbalism can gather seeds that when eaten give certain buffs, think tbc herb buffs but a little more diverse.
I wouldn’t mind 1 new rune for each current rune slot.
Game: Please, no more damage buffs… please… we’re approaching Wrath levels…
Blizzard: 150% damage increase for all classes at level 60 via runes.

Yeah, I think stuff like that would be cool. Would like to see more stuff like that instead of here’s some more crafted epics. Idk I would like to see the game expanded upon in general, it feels all the phases are similar because its just more runes, a new level up raid, and one extra event.
Lock runes behind spec.
Balance said runes.
Add resilience to all PVP gear.
Add more to the world - new zones, dungeons and raids, not rehashed recycled crap from 20 years ago
Kind of sad when Nightmare Incursions is the only real new content we’ve gotten that wasn’t just a rehash of something already present.

But it was the same area’s that existed in the game just given bot styled loop dailies 
I seriously thought incursions were going to be dynamic events in these zones where we’d all have to fight off said incursions and eventually world bosses. Kind of like what Rift used to do with it’s invasion events.

honestly no we need more runes, AND re balance existing ones. if this was all the runes paladins got… nothing but crap
Turtle WoW has more balanced classes with like 5 total changes per class. More runes isn’t the answer. Actually thought-out changes to classes is the answer, but that requires a team who understands Classic.
The team running Classic understands retail and nothing else, that’s why SOD ended up like this.

I understand your “balancing” argument. But some classes REALLY need more runes to make the spec function properly. For instance, rogue tanks really need some magic dmg mitigation and some of their runes just don’t work effectively. Main Gauche and Shuriken Toss are absolute meme runes at this point.
By content do you mean flying all over the world for no reason what so ever other than to pad said content and then needing a raid to kill one mob so 8 other classes can loot one rune?
I want more runes. I want PvP specific runes and PvE ones as well. I want Blizz to unleash their creativity with P4 runes and go bonkers with it.
probably not like that hopefully but i feel like alot of classes need better runes then what they got.
