Every single class that brings a buff is raid wide, why did they make our WF totem only party wide?

I agree, though I want it to not require party or raid either. Let some Warrior 40 yds away get the buff too, why not?
Yeah. It’s just a dumb inconvenience in raid groups. Like in epic battlegrounds, the people who could benefit from the totem are almost always not in my group. Instead I’m giving some mages and priests the windfury totem buff.
Because this way it’s small enough that our DPS isn’t nerfed to balance against having it.

Having wft only be party wide rather than raid could be to prevent raids from thinking “o, sorry we already have a shaman”

I vote for raid wide.
I think mostly because for traditionalism’s sake. Back in BC it was party-wide, so that’s what it is now. But, also, perhaps it would be quite OP if it were raid-wide. (Although, I wonder how many additional melee DPS it would affect if it were raid-wide?)
What the hell. Here u thought it was like the wrath version being raid wide.
What a dumb choice reintroducing party only buffs.
Why would you want to make yourself less desirable for a raid, the whole point is to make people want to take multiple shaman.

It just seems the Extra swing from WFT isn’t nearly as impactful as it was back in vanilla and BC so I Don’t see how having it raid wide would cause any inherit nerfs.
Idk man go to warriors forum and propose the idea of battle shout be only available to arms warrior and only be effective to one party to make warriors more viable in raids.
Let me know what they say.
They would probably ask you why you’re comparing a standardized stat buff to a unique spec bonus.
Not saying that I disagree with Windfury totem being raid wide or even removing the group requirement, but that’s apples to oranges. Windfury Totem isn’t a core raid buff, it’s a spec bonus like Windwalking. Designed to be desirable but not to have a massive impact.
