I believe most of those effects are actually dispelled upon entering rated content already (thankfully, I still remember people using the butterfly toy from Ardenweald and making it utterly impossible to click-target…), so disabling them outright in that kind of instanced content would surely not be an issue (buuuut not in war mode).
