Returning player here, just trying to figure out the fastest way to level right now
i do know that the xp reductions in pre patch have made leveling really easy. as much as i wish i’d have level’d some of my toons reg instead of in remix.
Why level in reg instead of in remix?
So they can play their new character in the prepatch event instead of remix
because its faster in regular now, at least from 60-70. not remix fast but i have my char when i want it.
Remix has vastly accelerated exp gains in general. Like its whole premise is powering up a special cloak with ever increasing stat bonuses, including exp% earned. On the alts I leveled I would generally finish with around 300-400% bonus (although with alts after your first you also start with a 100% bonus). So leveling in remix was already very fast.
However, with the prepatch there has also been an overall reduction in exp required to level. A MASSIVE reduction, particularly for 60-70. From what I hear this is across the board, in both remix and the regular game. I haven’t leveled any more alts in remix because to be honest, I already leveled far too many (I am basically out of character slots) so I can’t say first hand how fast it is. But based on my experience in remix and now leveling in the prepatch standard game, it’s gotta be insanely fast to level in remix.
