This season feels dead on arrival anyway but you can at least give it a little juice by nerfing this disgusting spec thats running rampant in literally every shuffle lobby

the current dev team was installed around SL and i have no idea why they have such completely ridiculous stances on both of those specs

Itâs 100% another Retpocalypse atm. Itâs not even just the damage, itâs the absurd amount of support they give their team. The removal of forbodance on alot of the abilities was the start of this.
But in saying that, they are not the only outlier. Mage, DH, Hunter, DK and Rogue are all still disgusting too. Itâs just typical Blizzard at this point, taking an age to actually make any changes. They said it was due to needing people to get teir sets first so they can tune damage but, people have had it for at least a week already and still, radio silence.

Ret is turbo broken rn. I still donât understand why they needed 30% buff to all their big damage before the patch.

I duno, Iâm debating rolling ret as my zug zug character this season.
Can legit full bis a char in one afternoon of honor transfer and/or crates so might as well
Welcome to the bias of the devs. Reminds if ret apocalypse patch when the forums needed to have at least 3 to 5 thread post about nerf rets because of how stupidly powerful they were. It got to the point where it overflowed into twitter shouts about it.
Even then the devs didnât want to nerf it, which started to draw some questions about the devs reasons which at that point itâs pretty evident they are favoring specs over others to remain overly broken for w.e reasons.
Those buffs they gave ret proof to the patch dropping were evidence enough it was going to be broken, like the DK ones. The strangest thing is they nerfed DK almost immediately actually several times and rets didnât get touched once 
, even with the bloated kit they currently have.
This is the devs weird bias.

I mean they did nerf it pretty hard and fast then again but it was at the very end of the season and then they just ended it so was a little sickening to have some giga spec in literally 100% of games usually multiple
Rets also always gonna pose more of a problem because dk just does giga dmg whereas ret is a tank does giga dmg from ranged and has healer cds to make their team immortal
They had to nerf the spec 3 more times after that 1st and still then they were being really reluctant on those nerfs. It took players being very aggressive about it both on forums and socials.
Where as say DK will almost get nerfs immediately before any mentions. Not to mention that with rets they were giving slap on the wrist nerfs. Which was the reason why they had to do it several timesâŚ
Itâs just weird when one spec gets tuning that makes one rolls their eye, like give us a break here and then theyâll go and hard nerf another. Especially when both are equally stupid or were.
It was already really strange that the devs selected paladin to be the one class with a heal spell in pvp that disregards the sole reason why dampening exist in rated.
ZERO reason why one class ability doesnât have to adhere to a rule set for pvp, when everyone else has to hard

Ret right now feels kinda like Necrolord Feral during its strongest point when it was fulfilling all three roles at the same time in PvP.
good joke that you think the current dev team interacts with pvp, the only time pvp gets attention is when theres full on game-breaking exploits or venruki videos so they cant ignore it anymore
hilariously it seems like ret dragonflight s1 the fix was the entire ladder rerolling ret, maybe just do that, if every DPS is ret its not a problem anymore right?
Kind of a discouraging thing how hands off they can be at times. Last season there was somebody who was blatantly wintrading for the last week in blitz and despite everybody knowing nothing happened.

if we canât get the AI in charge of auto-reports to ban the people who spam LITERAL advertisements for boosting in LFG, im just a tad bit skeptical that we can go after the cheaters who possess any level of nuance.
if someone responds to me with the cliche statement about they just keep making new accounts blizzard cant win etc, thats unacceptable. stop simping for the billion dollar company, it takes an intern 5 seconds to cleanup stuff like RMT in groupfinder, but if we cant do that, no hope for stuff like wintrading

Ye you can reliably peel dk as well. Not so much ret.
Its already ruined and its not only Ret!
There are way more specs doing way too much damage. All 3 hunter specs for example, Assa rogue of course, UDK, DH, Ele, Arcane, etc.
Boomy is very close to Ret level as well with broken damage while being immortal. Warriors can global people, Holy Priests keep healing forever. Rshaman on top too. And so on!
