Dragonflight is now the default leveling zone if you’re not using Chromie Time, so I would expect you’d still see many players leveling through that content. But I don’t think here’s much reason to go back there once you hit 70 & can move on to TWW content - I took my main back there to finish off a few achievements that were close to being done, but that’s about all.

New player here in Stormrage, and yes doing things on Dragon Isles while learning mechanics before going to The War Within.

I do believe there is are players who never buy the new expansion. They’ll play the new expansion when they no longer have to pay for it. They just pay the sub. So there’s a chance you can do the content.

I would suggest re-shading that wording.

I would argue that what there ISN’T is “a group”. Which is a pity.

There certainly are people who have a pattern of subscribing, for a while at least, and doing the previous expansion, but they rarely or never seem to get together.

It would be nice if the people who don’t buy current expansion got together and did the previous content as a group. I could see that being a great time for one and all.

Without M+, and with the engame gear squish in effect, there wouldn’t be two years’ worth of play in DF anyhow, I suppose, but it would be a nice community to form. But I guess the people who do this probably aren’t interested in the instance-progress content anyhow.
