So what I’m hearing is that D&D is the future.
It’s Tour de France time again, so I’m watching that on Hulu Plus. So for the next three weeks, I’m watching a little TV.
I watch streaming tv. I could care less about live vs streamed.
Streaming is more convenient. Even for the news. But over the air tv is free. Another plus is that if the cable goes out or the cell tower goes dead, tv is still there if you have an antenna. So there will always be tv.
TV is dying out to streaming, Twitch and Youtube/social media. The Sun sets upon every field of glory.
I still watch TV. But I have not had cable or a satellite in six years.
I have a Roku. Hulu, Netflix, Youtube, and WWE Network is all
I watch. As for radio. I love listening to the old radio shows on Youtube
as I am playing WoW.
I don’t think i have even seen TV on over a decade, i have a Netflix subscription and anything else that people suggest i watch, i just download.
63 and I do not watch tv, it’s garbage.
Stop with the boomer BS kid, and get off my lawn!
I haven’t watched TV with any sort of regularity or serioiusness since 1999.
I haven’t had TV service since then either.
I don’t watch netflix or other streaming services either.
Yeah, must be nice.
Try living in the hinterlands. No viable interwebs for streaming.
But on the upside no dipsticks rioting and looting.
Imagine being proud of being too poor to afford cable tv.
My aerial isn’t plugged in for free to air tv. I just watch streaming services or download things I want to see. No ads that way
Both radio and TV are too full of commercial interruptions.
Just stream / download all your shows.
It’s more than perfect that way.
I watch netflix, amazon, disney+, anime on my tv. So technically I’m still watching tv
I’m fine with cable. Not paying more than 70 bucks and I’m not paying streaming services to every Tom and Harry.
so… videogames?
I’m very rare occasions to be honest. It was funny the other day my dad was considering replacing it and I asked ‘hoe often do you use it’, might of just saved him a nice amount of cash.
On the occasions we do use it, it’s usually for something like the chrome cast.
What about sports?
Can anyone explain why they feel superior to other people who have cable when they don’t have it? I pay $241 a month for 900 channels and 200Mbps internet.
I can turn the tv on and watch whatever I want, without having to interrupt whatever I’m watching on my 2nd or 3rd monitor.
Tv is boring. Same plots, same political messages in most shows, same guilting the viewers and too many commercials.
