You obviously missed the interview with Ion where he said they were considering it for launch and starter zones. So this discussion is far from unnecessary.
What many are worried about, myself included, is that it won’t legitimately end up being just for launch and starting zones, but instead will be used anytime too many people end up in an area. As much as I love Blizzard, I don’t have much confidence they will stick to their word on it only being at launch and starter zones given their track record on going back on their word at times.
As I have said in other threads, at this point I don’t plan on playing until it’s been removed permanently.
