If you queue for Mechagon: Junkyard and you do it first, you then won’t be able to queue for the Mechagon: Workshop. If you’re trying to get the Mechagnomes unlocked, too bad this means you can’t if you did junkyard today.

Queueing for Workshop isn’t working for me either, and I’ve never so much as touched any part of the dungeon before. It lets me queue, but then just quietly kicks me out of the queue after 4 or 5 minutes with no notice except that I can see I’m not queued anymore. Is this just me?

Just came here over this same issue. Not sure what is happening. Queued for a couple minutes, then it just kicks me out of queue too.
Yes this is happening to me also 
I am also keep getting kicked when I try and queue. It was the one thing I had planned to do today,

Just do a mythic.
I don’t want to do a mythic, and the entire point of releasing it as a dual-winged heroic is so that people can unlock mechagnomes without having to. We have every reason to complain that the feature is broken.

So, wait doing Junkyard completely locks you out of Workshop or just prevents you from completing the achievement?

I thought perhaps I would have to do both to get the thing completed for mechagnomes, but so I queue’d both expecting to need to do both, but apparently that was a mistake.

Why bugtest when you can spend all that time trying to find more ways to monetize their dying game. At least they’re good at something?

This makes me sad, you’d think something like this would have been caught during the PTR.
Every day I’m being reminded of this fact. Going to miss WoW when it goes. I just hope it goes out with a bang and decency.

i only did mech workshop to kill the king. was the last of my requirements for the achieve. everything went smoothly. got the achieve at the end of the dungeon. bunch of rank 3 alchemy and engineering dropping left and right and the essence looted from the last boss as well.

And every pre-made group for mythic is full up on dps, and most also with healers.

Yep. Was super excited to get home from work and do the Heroic Wings and play a Mechagnome finally. So I queue up for Junkyard and complete it. Group disbands… Locked from both instances… WTF? I just wanted a quick easy run to unlock a allied race. Was never willing to bother with Mythic which is why I waited till now to begin with. Try again tomorrow I guess.
i do like that heroics you can just queue up and go. dont need to bother with looking for group. i think thats why i never bothered with mythic. reminds me too much of vanilla when we used to sit in /2 and spam lf1m tank then gtg. can port. lol
