For example, every M+ run gives 2 pieces of gear for 5 people, so everyone would get tokens equivalent to 2/5 = 0.4 pieces of gear. After three runs, everyone gets a guaranteed piece.

I made a suggestion for world bosses that would allow this, and it could be adapted to M+ and raids as well.

1. Bosses drop tokens.
2. Can use 3 tokens for item
3. Can use 1 token for CHANCE at item, just like now
4. Can redeem 1 token for 400 or 500 valor.

Make world bosses drop a token which can buy:

1. 500 valor.
2. 3-4 tokens for 1 great vault item.
3. A chance at loot.
