No. Ctrl + S in WoW is enable/disable sound. It doesn’t bring up the windows search box.
The only shortcuts that will conflict will be [Alt]+F4 and [Ctrl]+[Shift]+Esc. These are OS-level shortcuts, rather than being application specific, that will close a task or invoke the Task Manager respectively. Technically [Ctrl]+F4 (close window) would also conflict but I don’t think it affects WoW (or most other things since the Program Manager was retired).
Any other OS-level shortcut is going to also involve the use of the Windows key, which can’t be used as a modifier in WoW.
