Do I need to finish the leveling campaign on every character who wants to go to Undermine?
I would suspect not, as there is a skip for alts after you’ve done it once.
At most, you might need to talk to Brann and do the skip, maybe?

You can do the main campaign skip after you hit 80, but the chapter added last month I don’t know. It takes you to Ringing Deeps to basically a goblin sweatshop. I did it on my mage just in case.
In the Zaralek Caverns patch they made you do the whole patch chapter on every alt to unlock the zone content, so I hope they don’t do that again for Undermine. Was very tedious.
You’ll need to do the levelling campaign only once and then can skip it on alts.
You won’t need to do the main campaign to get cracking into the Undermine. You’ll be able to kick off the Undermine intro quest without it.
(PTR other than minor tuning is in release candidate so it’s actually possible to test right there if you wish!)

Only on one. Other level 80 characters will be given a quest to speak to Brann Bronzebeard in Dornogal. This quest allows you to skip the campaign. Lower level characters will be able to choose a zone to quest in at Brann’s area.
