I own the Dragonflight expansion, do I need to purchase/upgrade to The War Within to play current/endgame content? Or does owning Dragonflight grant me access?
Yes.
You need to buy The War Within expansion to level beyond level 70 or travel to Khaz Algar.
Current content and at endgame is in Khaz Algar at level 80.
