I got a forum suspension for a few days and still have my lvl 3 trust.

Not really. I got it accidentally and have been forum banned numerous times without losing it.
I lost mine in Legion and didn’t get it back until SL
damn i got suspended by creating funny names and got reported by lame people
Lost my lvl 3 in Legion and I got it back in SL so that’s a nope on the permanent.
Now if they are perma banned from the forums then yes it’s permanent.
