Do hpals even oom?

I was running double dh healer in 3s. Everytime we faced a hpal comp it took forever to manaburn them to 0 even with double rifts as frequently as possible. And when they were oom, they could still cast spells and top people easily. what gives?

Prob cuz you have no cc or mortal strike and rely on mashing buttons on one target to win games

Idk I go oom fairly quick vs a DH in just 2v2 never mind 2 of them and once im oom I cant heal so not sure what you experienced lol
