Since this patch today, they aren’t applying to my weapon. So much for the little bit of haste I was getting… this sucks!

Wait so instead of making tww mana oil more than like a 25% upgrade over Howling they disabled Howling? Lol.

Sounds like something blizzard would do, assuming they actually disabled it.

They did. I tried to apply the rune to my weapon and it said the weapon was too high level

I was using the Chirping r
Rune and it stopped working after the patch. Now I get to use the Oil of Beledar’s Grace which is (seriously, literally) 10x worse.
It doesn’t feel good when we aren’t even allowed to use items from last season, not to mention if items from previous seasons hold up. It’s just a bad way of forcing us to progress. Instead of giving us a reason to want the new items they just disable all other options.

Yup, “Target it too high level” Classic Blizzard, “Fixing” problems that don’t actually exist for anyone except the out of touch devs. Sure am glad there’s a TWW alternative for Mastery! Right? RIGHT?
