I have 4k Honor on this character, and I don’t think I’ve played them since Season 1 of Dragonflight. Does that mean honor points are kept from season to season, and I can get a head start on grabbing honor gear in season 3, or am I trippin?

Honor only resets between expansions, it carries over between seasons in the same expansion.

Assuming its the same as last season: You keep your honor, but the new gear is unavailable until nov 14. For next week, the best gear you can have will be 473 ilvl world pvp gear.

I don’t think honor ever as reset between seasons. So yeah, go ahead and bank it.
