Does anyone know if Heirlooms have any benefit past level 70 in Wrath Classic?
Yes they do. Its definitely worth to get the pieces with rested/% exp modifiers.
Yes, they go to max level. Its quite nice. Get them shoulders and chests for that juicy 20% bonus exp!

They go up to 80 in Wrath, that didn’t change until Mists of Pandaria when Blizzard wanted you to pay to upgrade them.
Heirlooms are currently bugged and don’t give you the stats they should.
They give the stats, they just dont show up in the item comparison tooltip.
At least thats how it is for the plate shoulders from stone keeper shards. The stats work, as does the bonus XP.
The primary stats and xp bonuses work, but the secondary stats like hit, crit or haste don’t.
Probably doesn’t matter that much in the grand scheme of leveling 1-80 though.
The stats scale all the way to 80. Don’t know why you’d think they stop at 70.
