And I’m also talking about outside of WoW’s lore as well. Because I can’t think of any work of fiction with elves, that has ever been shown to have any of their races to include someone that was overweight.
The only example I can think of are Santa’s elves, lol, but that doesn’t really count, as they are much more like hobbits or gnomes.

Elven races are all of them magical races in a way or another, they have physical and biological features that are beyond the regular beings, like their life span. So, get fat will not be even a concern for them.

When the crack elves… err, I mean Nightborne were finally cured of their addiction, quite a few found their elvish metabolism to have been stunted due to hundreds of years of malnutrition from their addiction. As such, those afflicted, found themselves gaining a lot of weight in a short period of time. They have been nicknamed Felves by their slimmer peers. Nightborne being so naturally talented at illusions obviously use them like Humans use make up.

Why America has it the worst, fast food chains are everywhere, they glorify the food in advertisements, you’re encouraged to go and eat.
